This is a gruesome inhumane act typical of youthful detachment from the cause and effect of their actions. It seems that parents and the public in general could benefit from expert instruction about how this may have happened and why.

I appreciate the sensational aspect of this news, but I am also a city dweller where the practice of Vampirism is growing among the youth. I want to be safe and I want my children and grandchildren to be safe.

Your journalistic opportunity is waiting for several follow up stories with helpful information.

As a practicing Pagan, I want to voice that SENSATIONAL stories this nature NEED to have
a balancing story about the LOVELY NATURE of MOST PAGANS.

Pagans, Witches, and Wiccans can tell you that we never ride brooms, fly in the Moon lit sky, or
practice dark arts that include mutilation, blood sucking or cannibalism. Point out the Wiccan Reed and similar "laws" of our shared culture.

Please help to keep the "Witch Hunts" at bay. Do not inflame them.
